The Wireless Customer Service Representativerole is part of a team that is based out of our cutting edgeBluefield facility and will be amongst the first to experience ourlatest state-of-the-art wireless technology.
Post-trainingproduction schedule may include a rotation of at-home and onsitework based on performance and businessneeds.
You will have the opportunity to become asubject matter expert in the Bluefield location and buildexcitement around the latest wireless developments.
Collaboratingwith your team on-site will allow you to expand your professionalnetwork and create future careeropportunities.
JobDuties and Responsibilities
As a part of the CustomerExperience Team (CXO), you will be the voice of the company to ourcustomers. This team focuses on resolving customer issues,preventing future problems, and promoting our services, whilelistening, connecting and caring for the customer through voice andchat interactions.
Team members maintain strong knowledge of ourwireless products, accessories and pricing plans. Your mission isto be one of the best customer support advocates in theindustry.
TasksandResponsibilities
Team members are responsiblefor providing quality customer service as well as activation andtechnical support. Other responsibilitiesinclude :
- Establish long-term customer relationships by providingexceptional service and one-callresolution
- Maintain strong knowledge of our wirelessproducts, accessories and pricingplans
- Provide product suggestions and sell ourproducts and services to customers
- Accurately respond to customers’ questions regardingbilling, devices , product features, troubleshooting, andhardware operation
- Identify opportunities andprovide feedback by assessing call trends and / or diagnosticimprovements to provide a higher level of customer service,performance and efficiency
- Transform into the bestcustomer support advocate in the business, engaging with a diverseconsumer base to provide solutions for customer needs and technicalissues
Skills, Experience andRequirements
Allcandidates musthave
- High School diploma, GED, orequivalent experience
- An awesome attitude with acustomer-first mindset
- A desire to work in acollaborative teamenvironment
Idealcandidates willhave
- Related customer serviceexperience and / or training is aplus
- Experience in the wireless industry is aplus
- Familiarity with wireless devices and theirfunctions
- Familiarity with the processof changing wirelessproviders
- Strong sense of pride whenassisting customers with pricing, wireless devices, services andproducts
- Adaptability to different workenvironments
- High engagement throughout the entirety oftheir shift
- Willingness to work flexible schedules - paydifferential applies to weekends andevenings
- $2 / hr additional per hour worked after 6pm
- $2 / hr additional per hour worked onweekends
- Ability to smoothly operateWindows OS desktop computers
- Ability to multitask andeffectively problem solve; speaking with customers while logginginformation, following different processes, and navigating customertools
- Excellent written and verbal communicationskills with the ability to provide a high level of customerservice
- Willingness to proactively communicateproblems back to the business
- A desire to continuallyimprove and an openness to being coached anddeveloped

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual totalcompensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications,skill level, and competencies;
compensation is based on the role'slocation and is subject to change based on worklocation.
