Job Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone / email.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room setup and catering
Requirements :
- Experience in 2+ Years of Administrative Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams
- Soft Skills Strong Communicator, Friendly, Organized, Detail-Oriented
- Education Bachelors Degree Preferred
