Description
Drivers at McConnell and Associates enjoy being a part of a family where their contributions are valued. They also enjoy competitive pay and a full benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Safety in all that we do.
- Report to the Plant Manager.
- Drive local route in Kansas City Metro as well as make some regional runs.
- Work week may include Saturdays and Sundays.
- Load and unload trucks via pumps, by hand, and / or with a forklift.
- Provide superior customer service.
- Work in warehouse as needed.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.
- 2 or more years driving experience.
- Class A CDL with tanker endorsement.
- Relatively clean motor vehicle report. (Applicants w / a drug or alcohol driving offense in the last three years will not be considered.
Other violations will be evaluated using our insurance company standards.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work 40 - 70 hours a week including weekends.
