A company is looking for an Associate Medical Director, Metabolic Health.
Key Responsibilities
Provide medical leadership for the metabolic health prescribing program and supervise advanced practice clinicians
Develop and maintain clinical protocols for medication management and oversee clinical quality programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate metabolic care with women's health offerings and mentor a team of NPs
Required Qualifications
Board-certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or OB-GYN physician with an active U.S. license
Eligibility for or already licensed in multiple states via the FSMB Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, including at least 2 years in obesity medicine or tele-health leadership
Experience supervising advanced practice clinicians across multiple states
Familiarity with tele-health regulations and GLP-1 prescribing requirements
