Director of Nursing Opportunity Description
Our client is a well-established Home Health and Hospice organization. They have a current opening for a Director of Nursing for their Hospice location in the Salinas, CA area .
Medicare Home Health or Hospice experience will be considered. An RN is required. Relocation candidates welcome to apply!
Director of Nursing Job Requirements
- Medicare Home Health or Hospice supervisory experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent understanding of state / federal regulations. OASIS, and PDGM knowledge preferred.
- Staff development skills.
Director of Nursing Job Responsibilities
- Manage clinical team.
- Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
- Train and mentor nurses.
