CHARGE REGISTERED NURSE (RN)

Overview :

NaphCare is hiring experienced Charge Registered Nurses (RN) just like you at the Montgomery County Jail facility located in Dayton, OH.

Full Time shifts, Part Time, and PRN shifts are available. PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs for FT shifts and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.

Pay ranges vary based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience. Shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs can be discussed upon interview.

Responsibilities for Charge RNs :

• Coordinate, structure, implement and guide the delivery of the nursing service program within the facility
• Conduct daily clinical rounds
• Take and document all patient history and vital signs
• Assist with daily triage / sick call, minor medical / surgical procedures and patient assessments
• Assist with examinations and / or treatments
• Assist in evaluating the quality and effectiveness of clinical services
• Assist with orientation and training activities of clinical personnel
• Observe and review documentation, orders and patient care plans
• Assist with disaster plans and emergency preparation
• Respond to and initiate care for medical emergencies within the facility

Qualifications for Charge RNs :

Registered Nurse License in the state of OH
