Cornerstone of Fresh Meadows -
Cornerstone Treatment Facility Network is a short-term, inpatient chemical dependency treatment program for adults. We are currently seeking full-time counselors to work directly with patients at our inpatient program located in Fresh Meadows, Queens.
Requirements :
- Must be CASAC-T, CASAC, LMSW, LCSW or LMHC
- Must be willing to become CPR-certified prior to employment
- Must be experienced in group and individual counseling
- Must be computer literate
- Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
- Bilingual preferred but not required

Annual Salary between $50,000 to $70,000 based on credential and licensure
Full Medical, Dental, and Vision for employees who work 30 hours per week consistently

Sign on bonus for the first 5 full time Counselors who complete the onboarding process and are hired. The payments are as follows : $500 paid in the first paycheck, $500 after three months, $1000 after six months of employment.
Must work a consistent 40 hours per week in order to be eligible for the bonus payouts. If employee does not complete the entire 6 months as a full time employee, the sign on bonus will automatically be forfeited.
