This role offers commission-only compensation with residual income on repeat clients, allowing you to build a sustainable income stream on your schedule.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and connect with potential clients and referral sources in the community, such as healthcare providers and senior living facilities
- Promote and explain our non-medical home care services, focusing on how we help clients and their families
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners
- Achieve sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building

Qualifications :
- Sales experience is preferred, especially in healthcare, senior services, or related fields
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently
- Compassionate, with a genuine interest in helping families and individuals in need
- Nurses, Home Health Aids welcomed
