Client is a FALL RISK, and may require help at night once or twice with toileting on occasion. Stand by AND Hands on assist with bathing, dressing, and transfers.
Stair chair accessible for getting from bedrooms to main level of home. Assist with meals, med reminders, light housekeeping and laundry.
Wife- 97 y / o woman with history of bad back and congestive heart failure requiring around the clock 02 but she is non-compliant.
FALL RISK with 02 tubing, uses walker. Of sound mind, companionship and meals mostly, light housekeeping and laundry. Focus is on her husband.
