2 years recent Med Surg / Telemetry experience required Required Certifications BLS, NIHSS RN IL License 2 supervisor references Unit Med Surg / TELE - Inpatient Surgical - 3rd floor # Beds 48 (two buildings) Nurse : Patient Ratios 1 : 4-6 Nights 1 : 5-6 LPNs available, virtual admission and discharge nurses to assist as well.
Primary care nursing model is frequently used. Must be okay with this.
