Responsibilities
- Client Interaction : Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, assisting with policy-related questions and clarifications.

- Issue Resolution : Address any concerns or issues raised by customers, striving to resolve them effectively and in a timely manner.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Customer Education : Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, and policy details to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
Requirement
- Licensing : Active Virginia Property & Casualty License required.
- Experience : Previous experience in a customer service role or insurance industry is beneficial.
- Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on clear and concise information delivery.
