Salary : $20 / hr. - $25 / hr.
Envision Healthcare at Home was established in 2005 by six healthcare professionals who wanted to make a difference in their community.
We are looking for a caring and hardworking, Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide services to patients receiving hospice care within the Thurston County , including homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities.
We are looking for CNAs who are interested in either Full-Time, Part Time or PRN (per diem)

Job Responsibilities :
- Performing personal care such as bathing, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, transferring, and incontinence care.
- May perform light housekeeping such as keeping patient's living area clean and orderly, changing sheets, and making their bed.
- Meeting the safety needs of patients and using equipment safely and properly : footstools, side rails, oxygen, etc.
- Reporting on patient's condition and significant changes to the RN Case Manager.
- Adhering to the organization's documentation and care procedures and standards of personal and professional conduct.
Qualifications :
- Current WA Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate (CNA)
- Current driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation
- CPR Certified through the American Heart Association
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to transfer and position patients independently and safely.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills.
