About the Role : We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Human Capital to join our Human Resource team. In this key role, you’ll develop and execute HR strategies that align with our business goals, while directly supporting our leaders and employees across 40+ North American manufacturing and office locations.
Your work will be pivotal in shaping the culture and future of our company.
What You Bring :
- Education : A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Experience : At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Human Capital management.
- Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Organizational Skills : Strong organizational capabilities, with a talent for managing resources and people efficiently.
- Expertise : Experience in compensation structures, market alignment, and performance management.
- Tech Savvy : Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends.
- Project Management : Strong ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Compliance Leadership : Ensure that our organization remains compliant with federal, state, and local employment laws, and update policies and practices as needed.
- Talent Development : Evaluate employee performance and potential, creating career development pathways and succession plans for future leaders.
- Role Alignment : Skillfully match employees to roles, adapting to the ever-changing needs of the business.
- Risk & Compliance : Establish consistency across all business entities, managing risk and compliance effectively.
- Coaching & Mentoring : Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development to staff on policies and procedures, fostering a supportive environment.
- HR Resource : Serve as a go-to resource for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Continuous Improvement : Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement in both individual and organizational development.
- Affirmative Action : Develop and maintain the Affirmative Action Program, file EEO-1 and other government reports, and keep records compliant with EEO regulations.
- Data-Driven Insights : Utilize HR data to create reports and monitor policies, ensuring our practices align with our business goals.
- Customer Focus : Approach your work with a How can I help? mindset, always putting the needs of the internal customer first.
- Problem Solving : Tackle complex challenges with an inquisitive, solution-oriented approach, drawing on past experiences and insights.
