US Logistics Solutions is looking for Non-CDL company drivers to deliver local customer routes. Loading and unloading are required, as requested by the customer for local delivery routes.
A handheld scanner is utilized to capture data on all cartons and deliveries must be made in specified windows. Must be able to keep a steady pace while operating safely and provide a professional and positive experience for our customers.

Compensation
- Average Weekly Gross Pay : $1,050-$1,260
- $210 daily rate minimum (mileage and carton count incentives)
- $300 driver referral bonus (paid out after 90-days of employment)
- Paid weekly via direct deposit

Home Time, Route, & Schedule
- Home Daily
- Day and Night shift (various start times)
- Typical Monday-Friday Schedule. Subject to change per customer
- Level of Touch : Load and unload at retail stores
Equipment
- Box truck with lift gate
- Fleet 3 years or newer
- Automatic Transmission
- Inward facing cameras
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- NON CDL - Experience 6 Months Preferred but not required
- No DUI / DWI's in last 7 years
- No more than 2 violation convictions within the past 36 months and no more than 2 preventable accidents within the past 3 years
- Us Logistics Solutions complies with all CDC requirements and guidelines
- Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations
- Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen
- Hiring Radius : Prefer drivers living within 30 miles of Indianapolis, IN
