Martin Wheel, a division of Kenda Tires, is a growing manufacturer and importer of tires and wheel assemblies for Lawn and Garden, Agricultural, Industrial, and Trailer applications.
Our products are sold to original equipment manufacturers and through various aftermarket, retail, and e-commerce channels.
We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced professional for the position of Product-Sourcing Manager.
Position Summary :
The Product Sourcing Manager will develop pricing and positioning strategies for multiple sales channels, source products from domestic and international sources, create literature, price lists, and sales tools, and engage in forecasting and market analysis.
This position will be responsible for new product development and rationalization, product enhancements and improvement, and social media options.
This position will work in our Tallmadge, OH facility
This position is bonus-eligible.

Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required
- A minimum of five years of relevant work experience is required; at least seven years is highly preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required :
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Comfort operating in high-detail, fast-paced environments
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and processes and multitask when necessary
- Familiarity with CRM (Dynamics 365)
- Self-motivated, organized, and effective manager of time
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Frequently visit key accounts with sales force to identify opportunities to increase business at existing accounts as well as potential new accounts
- Provide supervision and coaching to direct sales representatives to improve their performance
- Manage some major accounts
- Identify new customers, products and business opportunities in the marketplace
- Participate in trade shows to meet customers and prospects, promote products and learn about competitive products
- Effectively communicate with Operations, Marketing and Purchasing to address customer requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
