Position : Litigation Paralegal
Job Description : Boutique Law Firm in Century City seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The ideal Litigation Paralegal has 3-5+ years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury, has strong knowledge with drafting motions, notices, and pleadings;
propounding and responding to discovery; and preparing for trial.
Litigation Paralegal Job Duties :
- Propound and respond to discovery
- Calendar court deadlines
- Manage 40-50 cases at one time
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and other applicable appointments
- Draft notices, motions, and pleadings
- Trial preparation
Litigation Paralegal Job Requirements :
- 3-5+ years of experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury as a Paralegal required
- Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred
- Experience filing and handling cases in NV strongly preferred
