Reporting to the Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive external recruitment program to drive enrollment growth across all student populations.
- Direct and coordinate all virtual and in-person off-campus recruitment activities, including college fairs, high school visits, business and community events, and partnerships with two-year colleges.
- Develop and manage recruitment territories, establish measurable goals, and monitor progress using the University's CRM system ( Slate
- Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate recruitment staff (full- and part-time) to ensure alignment with institutional enrollment objectives.
- Create specialized recruitment initiatives for transfer students, adult learners, and other target populations.
- Collaborate with the Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Management, admissions leadership, and campus partners to develop recruitment strategies and yield initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
- Represent the university at state, regional, and national recruitment events to promote USCB's academic programs, campus life, and student experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a job-related field and a minimum of five years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Preferred
Experience with student recruitment and CRM systems (such as Slate ) and demonstrated success working with diverse target populations.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.A collaborative spirit — and a sense of humor — are highly valued.Benefits
