GENERAL QUALITIES :
- Undertakes receptionist and administrative duties for the Philadelphia office.
- Has excellent follow-through skills.
- Possess excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive self-starter capable of setting a positive example for the staff.
- Has full technical and administrative responsibility for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating projects / assignments.
RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform receptionist and administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, mailing, etc.
- Take accurate minutes of meetings.
- Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate party.
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
- Maintain contact lists.
- Produce and distribute correspondence - memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Book travel arrangements
Requirements
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under Stress EXPERIENCE :
