SharePoint Developer/CSA

JDA TSG has immediate opportunities for SharePoint Developer to join our team as Customer Solution Architect (CSA). A CSA’

s time is dedicated to working with some of the largest, and most sophisticated companies in the world, usually F1000. You will be responsible for customer satisfaction, deployment, adoption, and support of SharePoint initiatives.

CSA’s assist customers in building, deploying, operating, and optimizing their environments.

Positions are full time salaried roles offering great benefits.

Salary : $95,000 -110,000 based on experience

Travel : CSA’s are home based and deliver services typically via Microsoft Teams.

Primary work includes :

• Standard Product Work Shops - Training
• In-Depth Product Reviews - White Board (Chalk Talk) Sessions
• Health Checks / Assessments
• Post Operational Review of Product Implementations
• Product Upgrade / Migration Assessments
• Systems Performance Reviews

The experience you need to excel in the role :

• 7 years of Microsoft Server products, Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 technologies
• 4-5 years of SharePoint development experience, especially with SharePoint Framework (SPfX) development
• Strong experience with SharePoint Server Subscription Edition (and SharePoint Online
• SharePoint branding and customization options
• Remediation / redevelopment of legacy SharePoint designer customizations, including 2010 workflows,
• Microsoft Graph API (not only for SharePoint but Viva Engage as well)
• Understanding of using Azure Data-gateways for integrating Power Automate flows with SharePoint on-premises
• Understanding of Microsoft Graph Search connectors and creating custom Graph Search Connectors using the Graph Search SDK
• In depth advanced PowerShell development skills
• Using SharePoint Designer & InfoPath
• Remediation of legacy full-trust code customizations - most of this already done
• Viva Engage community creation and management using Microsoft Graph API
• Taking on internal initiatives to create services opportunities, work in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple demands, addressing shifting priorities while maintaining focus
• Use trace analysis, debug skills, source code, and other proprietary tools, to analyze problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs;

this may involve writing code

• Solid understanding of client / server, networking, and Internet technologies fundamentals
• Using Flow & Microsoft forms for creation of advanced workflow functions for SharePoint Online
