Your Role :

We're looking for enthusiastic, adaptable Spanish speaking Assistant Guides that have a passion for working with children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old and curiosity about a Montessori environment.

This role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn more about Montessori education! Many of our Assistant Guides ultimately grow to take on Lead Guide roles over time, thanks to our accredited Montessori training program we offer to exceptional employees.

About You :

Minimum Qualifications :

• Experience working with young children ages 0-6 in a group care environment, such as a daycare, preschool, camp, or aftercare program.
• Have a valid state background check.
• Negative TB test within last 12 months
• First Aid / CPR Certification

Nice to Have :

• Experience as nanny, caregiver, educator, or coach
• Warm and friendly demeanor
• Interest in working in a Montessori environment.
• Passionate about connecting with parents and colleagues.
