Peachtree Spine Surgery Center / Optimum Spine; is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator needed for busy, pain-management ASC in Atlanta.

Job Summary :
The Front Desk Rceptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork;
Update patient demographics / information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure.
Answer incoming phone calls. The Front Desk Coordinator must provide IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER service as the first face of our facility.
Additional business office knowledge extremely preferred. Every employee is cross-trained in other job functions in the business office.
Required Skills
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- One year previous experience or some hospital clerical experience or medical terminology preferred.
- Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
- Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial
- Bilingual preferred.
- Good communication skills.
