Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Interventional Radiology

Location : Plano, TX

Shift : 12-Hour Days (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM)

Schedule : 3 Shifts Per Week (36 Hours)

Salary Range : $32 - $53 per hour

Sign-On Bonus : $20,000 for RNs with 2+ years of experience

Relocation Bonus : Available for qualifying candidates

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Interventional Radiology RN to join our team in Plano, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment and contribute to the well-being of patients undergoing interventional radiology procedures.

As an Interventional Radiology RN, you will provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic radiologic procedures.

You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safety, comfort, and exceptional care delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide direct patient care during interventional radiology procedures.
• Scrub in and assist with procedures in the IR suite, Cath Lab, or Operating Room.
• Monitor patient vitals and procedural outcomes, ensuring timely intervention when necessary.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and post-procedure care.
• Maintain up-to-date patient documentation in compliance with healthcare standards.
• Ensure the safe administration of medications, as required.
• Respond quickly to changes in patient condition during procedures and follow-up care.

Qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
