A2Z Medical Billing services is a leading provider of medical billing and coding services across the healthcare industry.
We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Giver / Home Health Aide to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential home care services to our patients, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients for any side effects or adverse reactions
Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks, following dietary guidelines and restrictions
Manage and assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and tidying up patient living spaces
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients, engaging in conversation and recreational activities
Transport patients to medical appointments, social outings, or other necessary destinations
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Home Health Aide certification or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Care Giver or Home Health Aide
Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing patient needs
Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
