User Experience Designer

If so, we want you to join our team as a Junior UX Designer focused on customer-facing digital products.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas and facilitate feedback.
- Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and effectively.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and best practices throughout the product development process.
- Continuously iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in UX / UI design, preferably in a customer-facing digital product environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for storytelling and creating engaging experiences that resonate with users.
