What's the Job?
- Collaborate with the Program Manager to optimize operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports that focus on business process efficiency and financial tracking.
- Assess the impact and convey the progress of various initiatives on business operations.
- Act as the primary liaison for designated projects related to operational improvements and resource utilization.
- Generate data-backed insights to support informed decision-making by senior leadership.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field, or 6+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or related roles.
- Excellent analytical abilities with the capability to translate data into actionable outcomes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
- Familiarity with data analysis methodologies (e.g., Agile, SCRUM) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
