Work with our CFO on benefits when required. We do review these once a year. Also, oversee job time cards to ensure people are logged into the correct job, and when on field service, times are entered manually.
A bit of costing positions, looking for time overruns, and defining the overrun. This could be a problem with the job, an unreasonable time estimate, or bad job performance.
This is done on our ERP software (Jobboss) on a daily basis. Generally takes a couple of hours a day to straighten up time in the morning.
Of course, it could be done in real time if someone looked at it throughout the day. The system tracks time well but needs to be managed on a regular basis.
