Vice President of Construction
A leading restoration, remodeling, and general contracting firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Construction to join their leadership team.
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the construction operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage all construction projects, from pre-construction to completion.
- Oversee project management teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and quality control.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resource allocation for multiple projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in construction.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
