They are seeking a dynamic civil engineer who embodies professionalism with a growth orientated mind set to fill a remote role for a subset of projects in NJ.

In this role, you will play a pivotal role in steering the direction and scope of client projects, while fostering a culture of excellence and growth within your team.

Responsibilities :

  • Run your client portfolio with an entrepreneurial spirit, supported by our infrastructure and resources.
  • Perform design work as necessary, focusing on stormwater, site plans, subdivisions, grading, and erosion control.
  • Cultivate both your personal brand and the client's brand within the local marketplace.
  • Act as the quarterback in guiding the trajectory of client projects.
  • Mentor, train, and develop Assistant Project Managers and designers within your team.
  • Empower your team to reach new heights of success and career growth.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to clients, leveraging your technical expertise to help them achieve their development goals.
  • Develop relationships with existing and new clients within the energy sector.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license.
  • Proven track record of building, motivating, and leading high-performance site design teams preferable.
  • Experience in nurturing and expanding client relationships while delivering Best-in-Class service.
