Production Supervisor
Production Supervisor - 1st Shift, 7AM - 3 : 30PM
We are looking for a strong proven performer, that has the technical knowledge and strength in machine and assembly operations for wood and composite component parts.
The candidate should have the capability to lead others in meeting our performance metrics for these work cells in the areas of safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the work cell team in machining and building of component parts (drawer fronts and doors) that supply our cabinet assembly process.
Manage and lead the day to day processes of the work cell while implementing process improvements which would improve the quality, output and delivery of product.

- High integrity and moral character.
Education and Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Technology or Business preferred. An Associate’s degree in a technical discipline with strong manufacturing work experience will be considered.
Extensive work experience may be considered in lieu of education.
- Minimum of three years of manufacturing experience; wood related preferred. Supervision experience in a manufacturing environment is a must
