Position Overview :
As an Independent Contractor Remote Customer Service Representative with IVS, you will be an integral part of our customer support team, offering assistance and resolving issues from your home office.
This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive in a remote work environment and have their own equipment ready to go.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide solutions and support for customer questions and concerns regarding products or services.
- Document and manage customer interactions and resolutions using our CRM system.
- Promote and offer additional products and services as appropriate based on customer needs.
- Maintain adherence to company policies, including confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance customer service processes and practices.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant certification or college coursework is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience preferred, especially in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
- Personal equipment required : Windows-based computer (MacBooks are not compatible), headset with microphone, and other necessary accessories.
- Ability to work independently with strong time management skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
