- Handle receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Provide concierge-level services to ensure a positive experience for guests and staff.
- Manage a multi-line phone system efficiently, answering and directing inbound calls.
- Respond promptly to inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and patience.
- Perform filing and organizational tasks to keep records and paperwork in order.
- Utilize Office software to complete administrative tasks and maintain documentation.
- Support medical front office operations, including scheduling and patient interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk environment
- Proven experience in busy receptionist or front desk roles.
- Familiarity with managing multi-line phone systems and switchboards.
- Strong customer service skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications for administrative purposes.
- Ability to handle filing and organizational tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of medical front office procedures is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced setting.
