In this position...

Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Process Analyst to join our team. This role is essential in optimizing our operations and ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes.

As a Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes that drive efficiency and quality.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to optimize processes, and ensure compliance to our standards.

You'll have...

• Bachelors Degree
• Prior experience in process management, S&OE for Manufacturing
• Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow tools (., Visio, Six Sigma, Lean).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Even better, you may have...

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering
• Experience with Optessa, SAP, SAC, Inventory Management, Scheduling a plus
