We’ have an immediate opening for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Promotions Assistant to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in planning and executing daily events, trade shows, and promotional activities that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
This is the perfect opportunity for a collaborative team player with a passion for marketing and event coordination. Key Responsibilities : Develop a strong understanding of the brands we represent to effectively communicate their value at events.
Implement targeted promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and boost customer engagement. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional experiences at all events.
Oversee event processes from planning through execution, managing timelines, logistics, and successful outcomes. Serve as the primary contact for coordinating information booths and displays at conferences and events.
Support sales initiatives during events, directly contributing to revenue and engagement objectives. Create strategic plans for event promotion, focusing on specific audiences to drive brand growth.
Actively drive the sales cycle during events to maximize profitability and brand impact. Adapt quickly to dynamic event needs, handling any challenges with effective troubleshooting.
Qualifications : Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage complex event details. Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, quickly resolving any issues that arise.
