A company is looking for a Publishing Administrator responsible for managing catalog metadata and song registrations.
Key Responsibilities
Onboard writers to the Publishing service
Maintain and update metadata in the internal database for the catalog
Deliver registrations to collection societies and resolve claim disputes
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience or education in music publishing administration
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
Experience working with collection societies
Familiarity with data management systems
Basic understanding of music publishing rights
