We are currently looking for an outgoing, positive & upbeat Customer Service Representative to join the growing inside sales team at our Longwood headquarters.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for most clients calling in. This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy helping others & offering support in a dynamic environment.
This role may also give you an opportunity to proactively contact existing & potential customers to offer solutions to their needs.

Responsibilities :
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide product information and offer solutions to meet customer needs.
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, purchasing, and operations, to resolve customer issues and improve processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM software.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities & attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Compensation :
$16.00 per hour plus quarterly profit incentive
