LHH Legal Search is growing, and we are looking to add Legal Executive Recruiters to join our team covering the DMV and Carolinas territories while working from home.

Responsibilities include :

  • Recruiting attorneys for positions with law firms and corporate legal departments
  • In-depth interviewing with attorney candidates to assess marketability
  • Networking with attorneys and legal professionals
  • Extending offers of employment to attorney candidates and negotiating compensation packages
  • Assisting all parties in making discreet and informed employment decisions

You could be the perfect person for this job if you have the following :

  • Experience practicing law and the desire to move into a sales / recruiting role
  • Enthusiasm and personal motivation
  • Business acumen and an entrepreneurial edge
  • Prior sales experience preferred but not required (retail, client services)
  • JD required

This position is remote, but the successful candidate must sit in either DMV or Carolinas to facilitate candidate and client meetings.

Strong ties to these legal markets is strongly preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $50,000. Salary may be determined based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

This position includes an incentive program that may include bonus and / or commission.

Available paid leave may include paid time off, parental leave and holiday pay.
