Responsibilities

• Customer Service Excellence : Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, understanding their service needs, and effectively communicating vehicle issues and recommended services.
• Vehicle Diagnosis and Documentation : Consult with customers to gather detailed information about their vehicle concerns, accurately documenting symptoms and relaying them to the service technicians for efficient diagnostics.
• Service Recommendations : Discuss and explain service recommendations to customers, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing clear explanations of the work required and its benefits.
• Service Scheduling and Coordination : Schedule service appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of service department resources and timely completion of work.
• Upselling and Revenue Generation : Identify additional service opportunities based on customer needs and vehicle maintenance schedules, maximizing revenue for the dealership while maintaining transparency and customer trust.
• Parts Ordering and Inventory Management : Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely and accurate ordering of necessary parts, maintaining an organized inventory and efficient workflow.
• Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, proactively following up on service visits, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Technical Knowledge and Training : Stay updated on the latest automotive technologies, service procedures, and warranty information to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
