Job Responsibilities
Pennoni Associates, a leading engineering and design consulting firm is currently looking for a CAD Technician with experience consistent but not limited to :
- Daily processing of survey data , including evaluating accuracy and sufficiency
- Perform deeds research, deed plotting and map checks.
- Prepare survey plats and drawings, legal descriptions
- Provide office support.
- Perform quality control checks of plats and drawings.
- Ensure schedules and productivity objectives are achieved.
Required Attributes
- Required education : Associates Degree or High school / GED and equivalent experience
- Excellent computer and technical skills, Civil 3D, and AutoCAD
- Minimum years of work experience : 4-7
- Computer skills required : AutoCAD C3D; Microsoft
- Proficient in technical math, including geometry and trigonometry
- Strong listening, writing, and verbal communications skills
- Strong work ethic and team-player attitude
