International Post Patent Agricultural Chemical Company, with registered active product portfolio in USA, has immediate need to expand sales team in various geographies in USA.

Dynamic Company is positioned to expand with additional sales team members.

POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking to add Sales Team Members whose primary focus will be selling our company's Agricultural pesticide products to create competitive advantages for our company in the selected territory.

The Sales Team Member will drive the company’s growth efforts in the agricultural market segment. The Salesperson will foster and maintain strong, long-term relationships, be responsible for key accounts, Distributors, Dealers, and Retailers, to secure new business and achieve profitable sales growth towards business goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Finding and identifying new potential customers
  • Creative, resourceful, and innovative at tackling complex problems within tight timeframes.
  • Has working relationships with retailers, Dealers, and Distributors in their current sales geographies.
  • A leader as well as a team player who takes responsibility for results.
  • Gives frequent and accurate feedback based on facts and not opinions.
  • Assesses current conditions and trends to do forward projections.
  • Possesses a broad understanding and perspective of the markets they are actively selling in.
  • Develops and maintains good working relationships with customers.
  • Works collaboratively with others
  • Actively supports team decisions.
  • Allocate your own time efficiently.
  • Prioritizes and handles multiple demands.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • 3+ years’ experience in the agricultural industry in a sales role
  • Proficient knowledge of agricultural sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
  • Previous experience selling Ag pesticide customers
  • Must be able to travel 60% domestically.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agrosciences, or Work-related experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
