Your Role :
As our Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef, you'll instill your passion for the culinary arts in our team. Your key responsibilities include :
- Developing a team of remarkable chefs, leading by example
- Fostering a high morale, teamwork-oriented environment
- Managing food and beverage cost control, including inventory
- Understanding P&L reports.
