We are seeking a skilled and motivated Certified Surgical Tech (CST) to join a dynamic surgical team in Cedar Rapids. You’ll be working alongside talented surgeons and healthcare professionals in a variety of specialties including Neuro, Gynecology, Urology, ENT, Plastics, and Robotics. This role requires  confidence in the OR , adaptability, and strong technical knowledge with advanced equipment such as DaVinci robotics.

✅ Requirements

Current AHA BLS Certification

NBSTSA Certification (required)

3+ years of surgical technologist experience

Proficiency in Neuro, OB / GYN, Urology, ENT, Plastics & Robotics

DaVinci robotics scrub knowledge / experience is a must
