Florry Creative Care Corporation has over 25 year of combined experience in providing medical services and case management to ensure that the patient in linked to all resources that best fit their needs provide in home care for the elderly and disabled.
We offer flexible hours to meet your schedule. Full-time & part-time hours available.
Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses make up the largest segment for Home Health Care. We realize that this is a very important component of our business as we serve the elderly / disabled persons.
Responsibilities Include :
- Perform patient assessments
- Write care plans for skilled nursing
- Perform skilled nursing activities
- Make home visits when needed
- Conduct a customer service satisfaction survey quarterly
- Address any grievance / complaint received from patient
- Oversee the tasks perform by CNA's & HHA's as needed
Qualifications
Must have current license
Recent Graduates encouraged to apply
