About Us : My client, a highly respected and prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Associate / Attorney to join their Florida office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual with a passion for real estate law to join a dynamic team of legal professionals. Responsibilities :
- Handling general commercial real estate matters with an emphasis on transactional work
- Conducting legal research and providing sound advice to clients
- Drafting legal documents, contracts and agreements
- Representing clients in negotiations and other legal proceedings
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients Requirements :
- Minimum 4 years of experience in general commercial real estate with a focus on transactional work
- Active Florida Bar
- Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
