Salary : $32-$35 / hr
Envision Healthcare at Home was established in 2005 by six healthcare professionals who wanted to make a difference in their community.
We are currently seeking a dynamic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN or LVN) to provide exceptional care to patients who require one-to-one attention and monitoring in their homes in the King County, WA area including homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities.

Essential Functions :
- Client assessments, Intervention and, overall patient care, fulfilling patient care plans.
- Following physician orders and acting in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act, any applicable licensure / certification requirements, and our policies and procedures.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional care while demonstrating compassion and integrity.
- Comprehensive and precise communication skills
- Provide one-to-one care with your patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and long-term care.
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state-approved nursing school
- Licensed as a LPN in the State of Washington
- Enjoy a truly patient-centered focus.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute care setting; home care or hospice experience, preferred .
- Must be willing and / or able to comply with the state / federal COVID mandates.
