Job Description

As a UX Designer on this cross-functional team you will .

• Use design thinking to understand people's needs, looking holistically at customer interactions, and constantly iterate user journey forward.
• Collaborate closely with product owners / managers / researchers to find opportunities for new products / features and validate assumptions through user testing and research.
• Be an integral part of a growing team that is involved in strategic and innovative projects that will lead the company's vision.
• Create detailed designs and fast prototypes working closely with customers, product managers and software engineers.

• Proficiency in Adobe CC, Figma and other industry standard wireframing and prototyping tools

A portfolio of work is required to be considered. It demonstrates your capabilities with attention to artifacts such as user stories, user journeys, experience maps, ecosystem diagrams, service blueprints.

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree with a major or minor in UX Design, Industrial Design, Human Computer Interaction or other related disciplines
• 1+ years experience with design in of software applications
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite Creative Cloud or similar software toolset.
• Effective verbal communication skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and as a member of a multi-disciplinary team while handling multiple tasks or projects
