We know the partnership at this firm extremely well and they are some of the top litigators in the TX market. All candidates for this position must have 2+ years of major firm litigation experience, a top-25 JD, and excellent communication skills.
Federal clerkship experience is preferable. The winning candidate will accrue immediate experience working on headline-making cases involving shareholder disputes, securities fraud claims, deceptive trade practices claims, patent infringement claims, professional malpractice and trade secrets, across a wide cross section of industries including technology, real estate, banking, insurance, construction and energy.
