We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join us in providing exceptional care in our 87 Apartment Assisted Living Facility..
  • Position :
  • Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) . All positions require every other weekend.
  • Shifts Available :

3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm - Full Time (40 Hours a week)-

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.- Monitor residents’ health and document any changes in the condition to provide appropriate feedback.- Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed by physicians.- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care is provided.- Foster a compassionate and safe environment that enhances residents' quality of life.
  • Qualifications :

    • Valid LPN license in the state of New Jersey.

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a skilled nursing or residential care facility.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused, and dedicated to enhancing the lives of residents.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
