SharePoint Developer

We are seeking a highly professional and organized Senior IT Analyst with a minimum of 2.5 years of hands-on experience in developing Nintex forms for Office 365.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in process management and workflow design using Nintex for Office 365, particularly with the New Responsive form design, and should be familiar with Automation Cloud.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Enterprise EForms.
• Automate workflows across various business entities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing forms.
• Serve as a designer, analyst, and programmer, leveraging deep knowledge of SharePoint (2016 and Office 365 Architectures) and complex workflow development using Nintex SharePoint Online.
• Additional experience with Nintex Automation Cloud and Lightning Conductor Software is highly desirable.

• Comprehensive understanding of operations, services, and activities within an IT support and analysis program.
• Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to lead and organize lower-level staff.
• Extensive experience with systems and database analysis, network administration, and security control.
• Proficiency in installing, configuring, and maintaining multi-user network-based software applications.
• Expertise in analyzing business requirements and implementing effective system solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships across all organizational levels.
• Ability to provide user support and training for various software packages.

Desired Experience and Credentials :

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a related field and at least six years of relevant experience, or three years as an MWD Analyst III in a related field.
• A minimum of 2.5 years of experience with Nintex 0365 (New Responsive form design).
• At least 1 year of experience with Nintex Automation Cloud.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SharePoint, including 2016 and Office 365 Architectures.
• Valid California Class C Driver License.
• No CalPERS eligibility.
