Project Manager Qualifications :
- Must have a proven work history working with a Commercial General Contractor or a Developer Builder and MUST HAVE at least 1 Multi-Family project over 80 units in their projects list!
- 5+ years experience managing commercial construction ground up projects at least $5M or larger from start to finish
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Applicants with relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Practical experience in project management
- Excellent people skills
