Consumers First Insurance Agency is a Veteran / Family-owned insurance agency located in Arnold, MO, and serving MO and IL since 1984.
The agency has access to multiple 'A' rated insurance companies including Travelers, Safeco, and The Hartford. They also have Spanish-speaking agents available and are located within the Dierbergs supermarket.
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Customer Service Representative at Consumers First Insurance Agency. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer service inquiries, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
This role is located in Arnold, MO, with flexibility for some remote work after training. There's plenty of room for growth in the Agency! Whether you're looking to become an agent or already licensed to sell insurance, this is the perfect opportunity to get started-or take your career to the next level! This position can grow into a full-time role.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to empathize and resolve customer issues effectively
- Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- High school diploma or equivalent
